from CarlaI received this Mainboard controller for Manta sea scooter and it does not work . The Asiwo customer service asked me for photos of what I received and I sent them . Since then, despite my multiple emails to Asiwo customer service, I have not receive any reply from them . I''m VERY disappointed as I feel I've been stolen.
Italy: I due motori sono arrivati dopo dieci giorni dalla data di acquisto (dalla Cina fino in Italia), sono stati provati e sono funzionanti. Attenzione per chi acquista, il motore di destra era nella scatola di sinistra e viceversa. Il supporto Asiwo è presente e in poco tempo rispondono alle domande. Il video su YouTube è molto utile. Ci vediamo alla prossima estate :-)
English: The two engines arrived after ten days from the date of purchase (from China to Italy), they have been tested and are working. Beware of those who buy, the right engine was in the left box and vice versa. Asiwo support is present and answers questions in a short time. The video on YouTube is very useful. See you next summer :-)

I ordered this extra battery on 13 Jul hoping that it would arrive before we left for our vacation. We left the morning of 20 Jul and the battery arrived that afternoon (seen on the Ring camera). I wish it was available on Amazon but it wasn't. Didn't really used it since we returned from our vacation. I would return it if I could.
For the gentleman whose battery caught fire, why didn't he put some picture of the evidence?
Delivery is fast. Mako is the ultimate fun on and in the water. I would like to get some kind of discount for an additional battery because I don't think even 5 batteries would be enough for me 😃
Never received the battery called three times never got a call back. Had to go to the credit card company to get my money back.
My lithium ion battery caught fire while charging! Thank god my smoke detectors worked. Throwing both of my models away, completely unsafe. My family could have been injured or killed.
Looks good, the shipping and everything went quite smooth, i like the priduct, i might buy the big battery, although with the two small ones is more than enough, i bought a genneino trident that broke after a year, lets see how this one ages...

Came in at a great time. The install was easy and fit perfectly.
Have been in Sardinia for 4 weeks and used the scooter for diving and also my kids had much fun with it. Nice tool woth the money.
